Hello everyone,

Who can help provide a supplier performance evaluation form from Mars or Royal Canin pet food? Typically, how much weight does quality account for in the supplier evaluation score? Thank you!

They usually watermark their presentation slides with the 'Confidential' text. I don't think it's a good idea for anyone to share in this public forum.

The "weight" of quality in your supplier performance evaluations can vary wildly.  SQF for example only says I have to have some methods for reviewing supplier performance.  We try to factor in more solid and recordable metrics such as late deliveries and rejections due to whatever factors.  Quality alone is a bit subjective and you'd have to define in your program how you're deciding what distinguishes good or bad quality on an order to order basis.
