Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice on ensuring our food production processes comply with IFS Food standards. We are currently working on getting certified, and I’d love to hear any tips, best practices, or challenges others have faced during their certification process.

What key areas should we focus on, and how can we streamline the process to ensure smooth implementation? Any resources or lessons learned would be much appreciated!

Looking forward to your insights!

Hi ahmadlashari,

My biggest takeaway from my own experience ;-)

Don’t try to be "100% IFS-ready" all at once. Instead, break the process into smaller milestones, like “finalizing all GLP forms by Friday.” Celebrate these small wins along the way. It boosts motivation and demonstrates to auditors that you’re following a PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach. Good luck with everything!
