Hi there!

I am working on finding a good solid process to verify our heat exchanger isn't leaking into our product. I'm thinking of running a tracer annually will do the trick but would like to know what others are using at their sites.

Thank you in advance :)

Dye tests are usually done frequently on plate heat exchangers like pasteurizers.   I am less familiar how other types of exchangers are tested.   Maybe best to ask the manufacture for recommendations as well.

Agree, dye tests are a minimum on pasteurisers but there are other methods and monitoring pressures can be helpful as internal verification.
