I've worked extensively in airline catering and retail food operations, leading my team through successful FDA, USDA, Medina, and airline audits. Along the way, I've developed a practical approach to building strong food safety systems, solving compliance issues, and training cross-functional teams.
I hold certifications in HACCP, ServSafe Manager & Allergen, Seafood HACCP, and PCQI, and I’m passionate about helping food businesses stay audit-ready, reduce risk, and operate safely.
