Hello! The company I work for primarily makes teas, but is thinking of making a drink line that would be powders mixed with cold water. I assume these would be considered RTE, and I'm wondering if anyone has a direction to point me as far as finidng about setting our micro limits for these new items. I also assume I would be making a new HACCP plan since this would be different from anything else we do. Thanks in advance for the help!
