I am working as a QA Officer at an injection moulding company manufacturing plastic trays / crates for the food industry. We are transition from ISO 22000 to FSSC 22000 currently and need to ensure compliance to standard requirements in order to obtain the certification.
I need some information as I need to implement a Environmental Monitoring Program based on risk which I am do not know where to start. Please give me some guidance or examples of what is in your in the packaging industry.
