Hello everyone,

I am preparing the PCP Plan to submit to the CFIA. There is no definite or set rules /order for documents submission rather it tells you to fulfill all the requirements listed in the Preventive Control Plan (PCP) on the website.

I am having a confusion on how to order my documents when submitting them to the CFIA, as I have never submitted one before. Should I make a Quality management system manual or should I just make a PCP document listing all the elements and dividing my SOPs in to PRP Sops, SSOPs and HACCP forms and monitoring SOPs. There are 36 Sops and I am not sure how to arrange them and under what category? so it looks neat and convenient for us all.

Could someone help me out with this?

Thanks in advance for the support!

Yasmeen S.

I would organize your program in a manual with a TOC

Name the PCP Element, your procedure, and record(s)

Start at the to of this list  https://inspection.c...requirements#c3

So 3.0 is the HACCP plan

TOC may list

Section 3.0

Forms 1-10 (if applicable)

Section 4.0

Procedure for maintaining the facility

Records used for monitoring

etc
