Can anyone please help me with Basic SOPs for Vegetable Handling packhouse.

We have just started a new pack house where we handle multiple fruits and vegetables.'

For a multi-fruit/vegetable packhouse, I would start with generic SOPs that apply across products, then add product-specific work instructions as needed. Core SOPs usually cover: raw material receipt & inspection, segregation to avoid cross-contamination, washing/sanitizing, grading/sorting, packing, cold storage, traceability, cleaning & sanitation, pest control, personal hygiene, and waste handling. Auditors are generally fine with this approach as long as risks are assessed per product and controls are clearly defined. You don’t need fully separate SOPs for each crop at the beginning - a solid base + add-ons works well.
