I recently got a NC on my third party audit for not having our admins that process/post paperwork HACCP trained since our inbound/outbound checklist is a CCP monitoring document
Our warehouse is a smaller box-in box-out distributor and it seems like the HACCP training I can find both in person and online are more processing or serving specific.. i.e. cooking times, hold temps, food contact-surface... and most of the information while good to know is not relevant to our daily operation
Does anyone know of a HACCP training program that is designed with distribution as the focus?
We are based out of the west coast in the US
