Hi everyone!
My name is Nazrah and I'm currently working in a Quality Assurance Department in a grain and oilseed processing company based in Prai, Penang Malaysia. Basically I'm involved in managing the food safety and quality system within the company from documentation to its implementation, as well as for customers and our suppliers . My company was one of the 1st flourmill in Malaysia to be HACCP certified by Malaysian Ministry of Health and we are now moving towards obtaining the ISO22000 certification for the flourmill. I am also now working with the oilmill team to get our oil refinery and packing facilities to be HACCP certified.
I have been reading some of the posts and I think this forum is an excellent ONE STOP for food safety and quality issues and source of information. I hope to share my experiences, exchange ideas and gain more knowledges through this site.

love from Malaysia

As a senior person, I can say that please ensure the age of grains, and later its storage conditions for preventing defects. Please also add instruction for consumers on the pack : "Use mask while unloading fine particles/flour from the pack", something with better language short message.
