Hi!!

I am an MS student at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel in Nutritional Sciences. I came across this site when I was desperately looking for some information on HACCP in Dairy Plants. I need this information for a project on a food product belonging to my country for the course "Food Quality Management" getting which is appearing more than difficult...but I hope I'll be able to get a lil help from your site...
