Hello everyone
I was doing a search online for some information about pre-op inspections and I found this site. It looked like a place where I would be able to learn alot so I joined.
I am the Quality Assurance Technician for a small food production facility. We produce raw and ready to eat products that we ship to grocery stores to be finished and served in their hot foods department.
I started in the food industry as an operator and I studied food safety and quality assurance so now I am applying what I learned in school to what I do on the job.
I'm looking forward to learning from everyone here and I hope I will be able to share some insight as well.
