Documented Procedure

Question 1
The Standard has two terminologies being used through out, One is "Documented Procedure shall be maintained" and the other is "Procedure shall be maintained"
The former has been mentioned 7 times and hence 7 mandatory procedures are required...but what about the latter. Should there be additional written procedures to be documented ??

Question 2 on Clause 5.7 Emergency Preparedness and Response.
Can any body give me examples of any potential Emergency Situation ?

Hello Shaktinayak, well I would say where it says documented you document and where it does not say documented you do not have to - simple as that. That said for these undocumented procedures you will need to have established the procedure and be able to demonstrate its operation. You may want to document the procedure anyhow. Can you give an example of a requirement for an undocumented procedure in ISO 22000?
