SCORM Packages for Common Food Safety Topics

I've recently volunteered to head up the education initiative at my workplace. I've managed to strongly influence the executives into moving towards a learning management system to help facilitate our training needs. We're pretty set on using Moodle or a specialized distribution of Moodle. Moodle can utilize SCORM packages and I was wondering if anyone knew of a good repository of said packages that deal with common food safety topics like HACCP, security, etc. 

Don't know of any for food safety, but I'd like to hear what others have to say.  I utilize a CMS/wiki system (tikiwiki) for my documentation and records control, and have been starting to integrate this with my training/testing system to create something of a LMS.  It is not SCORM compliant like Moodle, but in many ways similar.

I've spent a little time trying to dig something up and it's looking like SCORM is vastly underutilized across the board, much to my disappointment.
