My name is Donald ( Danny) James ,I am presently the Quality Manager for the Seprod Group for over 20 years..
Handing over to a new Manager.
The group is a major Corporation with seven subsidiaries mainly in manufacturing of oils and fats products, biscuits, corn products ,Milk and Juices ,Sugar, as well as a distribution outlet and two farms.
I am a past president of the Jamaica Quality Society.

An Integrated Management System for Quality for the SEPROD Group ( presently upgrading the Food Safety Management System to the FSSC 22000 FSMS).
Policy Formulation and Strategic Planning Method based on the Hoshin Kanri Planning Techniques.
Conducted numerous Projects mainly with Senior Government Officers using the method at MIND.
An On The Job Training Programme for Certification of Employees
Coordinated a number of Six Sigma Projects for the Seprod Group with significant savings to the company.
Introduced a Quality Cost Analysis Programme that resulted in a brekthrough in the bottom line for the group.
