Hi everyone,
Is body misting / disinfection allowed as additional control for Covid-19, is there any claims for it?
We do have body misting installed when entering plant premises and before entering production area.
Thanks in advance.

Hi netzky ,
it is not recommended as per WHO , WHO has stated in Corona virus disease (COVID-19) Situation Report – 115 that "Spraying individuals with disinfectants (such as in a tunnel, cabinet, or chamber) is not recommended under any circumstances. This practice could be physically and psychologically harmful and would not reduce an infected person’s ability to spread the virus through droplets or contact. The toxic effect of spraying with chemicals such as chlorine on individuals can lead to eye and skin irritation, bronchospasm due to inhalation, and potentially gastrointestinal effects such as nausea and vomiting."

Good luck,
Ehab
