HACCP implementation in bakery

Could someone, please, send me materials (sample plans) or web sites for implementation of HACCP in small bakeries. It makes bread, rolls and frozen pastry( puff pastry, danish pastry).

Yes. the links are sadly long broken but the (Fletchers/Ohio) examples are posted (attached) elsewhere on this forum (somewhere). Ohio is a famous haccp resource.
