We are considering a new checkweigher. We weigh to average weight system, in line dry products etc.

Anyone got any checkweigher standards, best practice, minimum standard literature I could have a copy of.

Not sure what you are exactly looking for but there is an extended discussion with some links to weighing practices (t1/t2 setups as in UK I believe) in this thread
