Hello. We are looking for a software package that would allow us to:
1. store all of our Quality Control programs
2. Associate the programs with different auditing standards so that we could use the program for audits
3. collect data into the program and automatically alert specific members when data was out of compliance or was not being updated at the frequency designated
4. conduct document self-audits and gap analysis
The main goals of such a program are to organize all the data under one software package, and to get live alerts when the programs are falling out of compliance so that we can keep all parts of the program consistently running, especially if a member of the QC is absent.
We do not like the idea of storing information on the cloud and are looking for a program that we can host in-house.
