What to consider for supplier rating

Their performance against your agreed product and service specification.  Things you can measure are on time in full deliveries, accuracy of paperwork, provision of certificates, complaints, hygiene incidents etc.  Depends what is important to you.  Once a year you can score them out of 10 for each attribute.  Send them feedback and request a corrective action response if required.
