Hi Team

My name is Rose working in a horticulture industry with our market in Europe.

My company is FSSC 22000 certified an we are in transition to version 4. I have challenges in documenting threat assessment procedure as well as vulnerability assessment procedure to control food fraud

Kindly help and if anyone has a copy of the procedures, share with me.

Thanks in advance

Hi Rose,

This document was recently released into the wild.

While it is specific to compliance with the US Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), much of it already is or I assume, will be incorporated into all of the GFSI recognized auditing schemes.
You might want to get ahead of the curve and adopt this as best practice.

There are several threads here that specifically address food fraud.
Search on the term and see what comes up.

A risk assessment for food fraud is not served by the usual 3x3 or 5x5 risk assessment models. Specific questions must be asked and answered to come up with a "real" risk.
