Speaker Bio:
Prior to his current role Tom Gosselin was the former Global Business Development Manager for Corporate Responsibility (CR) services and solutions for DNV, having held this role since 2008. He also had service area management responsibility for Ethical Supply Chain Management, involving both the development and delivery of solutions to address the social, labor and ethical impacts of globalized supply chains in textiles, electronics, food, automotive, furnishings, and light and heavy manufacturing. Tom has maintained and developed the accreditation of several ethical supply chain schemes such as SA8000, BSCI, GeSI, and ETI. Tom is also an SA8000 Lead Auditor, Lead Sustainability and CR Report Verifier and Senior CR consultant, having worked on a number of international projects in CR risk analysis, mapping, verification and assurance and supply chain across all five continents. Principal industry segment expertise covers transportation, extractives, ICT, finance and Food and Beverage. Tom was a senior SRI/ESG Research Analyst and Client Manager for Scandinavian institutional investors at CoreRatings prior to joining DNV.
