Speaker Bio:
Dr David Rosenblatt is a Veterinarian and food safety specialist. He contributed to the textbook Petfood Technology, authoring chapters on petfood safety management systems and petfood GMPs. He is a regular lecturer on petfood safety and quality at international petfood conferences and teaches companion animal nutrition and food safety to veterinary students at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
