Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000 is a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) approved certification scheme for food manufacturers based on the integration of the ISO 22000 food safety management standard and Technical Specification TS ISO 22002 part 1 Prerequisite Programmes for Food Manufacturers.

This version complies with Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000 requirements for certification Version 5.1 | November 2020 and the new requirements of ISO 22000:2018 Food safety management systems - Requirements for any organization in the food chain.

The programme is easy to use and very user friendly. Procedures and records are well drafted and easy to incoporate into existing Food Safety Management Systems. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and can recommend it to other companies.

It's early days yet in our program to implement FSSC22000 but so far we're very impressed with the quality of the doumentation provided by this package.

The purchase process and downloading of the package was simple and fast.

As a ingredient producer we've found that it can be difficult to source material that translates well to our position in the food chain (i.e. not a traditional food manufaturer) but this package does work well and is adaptable to our needs, whilst outlining the basic minimum requirements.
