Specifically I would like to know which HACCP Software is the best and why? And also which is the worst and why?

So shall I cross you off my list of potential customers?I have tried a couple and still find Excel the best. Why? I'm not limited to the preprogramed formats and it doesn't cost me a penny(extra).

Dont touch haccp software that does not reflect codex.
My personnel favorite at the moment is the chipping campden food research centre software. good blend of rigidity, simplicity and it is not expensive.
