Hi Everyone I am new to this forum and find it VERY interesting and helpful.

I work for a fresh cut f&V distributor as HACCP Coordinator and one a the major challenges that i have to face is traceability as in the produce industry, the flow of cases is very high. So, not all cases have a lot number.

Do you have some references or know some other inspirating produce distributors that comply with this issue ?

Thank you

Dugaucher
