hi all
i am the hygiene manager of all food resturant and cafes in cairo airport
i just in this position from one month ago
i used to work as quality control and food safty for 4 years in catering company
i am happpy to find this forum
i was searching a place to have coffe and chat in our daily concern about sfety food
hope you all have a nice days with our jobs coz it realy critical
