Dear colleagues,
I would like to draw your attention to the Karlsruher Lebensmittelsymposium (Food Symposium in Karlsruhe, Germany) from the 3rd to 4th March 2009. The aim is the exchange of experiences in special food areas where the knowledge is often rare.

This symposium will have an excellent simultaneous translation into English which will guaranty a wider dissemination. We would be therefore very happy if you can distribute the date and/or the program among your colleagues.
