Just discovered this site and look forward to some interesting discussions and learning. As an introduction, I am a quality systems manager at a small Coca Cola plant in the middle of the US (Kansas). I've been with CCE since February and recently we passed our E3 Audit (equivalent ISO 9000) and are preparing for ISO 22000 next as well as the equivalent of ISO 14000 & 18000 (environment & safety).
I've been in aerospace manufacturing and am a retired AF officer with my last assignment as director of quality improvement at McConnell AFB. I teach process improvement and organizational development at the local universities, but there is a lot more to learn--so, I look forward to meeting many of you.
