Hello every one,
Can any one tell me or send some good reference/ book/ literature about principles/fundamentals/ application of food traceability. Actually I am taking a MSc level course in food traceability so wants to prepare for exam, but not getting good stuff. Can any one help me plz.

Thanks for your useful links. Actully I am also looking for the basics about the traceability system like trade unit, non trade unit, logistic unit etc. So can you or any one can post literature related to fundamental components of food traceability system plz.

I beg you pardon, but I didnt get what could be more "fundamental" than references which Simon gave to us. Do you mind to break it down a bit more?
