I am desesperatly looking for procedures in the following:
I need to complete a urgent documentation and can't find these procedures.

1- Product Release
2- Manufacturer Contratcs
3-Food Legislation
4- Responsability

Don't wish to be too negative but, IMO, the items 2-4 hv almost infinite width of interpretation.

Food legislation? i would have though that you would have referred to this in your HACCP Narrative?

Responsibilities? do you not have an Organogram? With Deputies?

Hi,
I think as far as release goes maybe develop a positive release procedure based on a Risk Assessment....could it be a CCP, an OPRP??
