Dear All:
We hear about cases of food poisoning or suspected food poisoning from doctors, Hospital, also from the affected persons, either directly, or through a friend or relative. Food & Health Officers will go to begin an investigation by contacting the affected person by telephone or in writing, asking them to complete an enquiry form,So My quistion is there any legal prosedure to do it step by step when the poisoning happened? What does the Officer do in this emergency case?

thanks
Hygienic
