My name is Bert and I am a the new QA Manager at a chocolate confection Factory. I was a QA Tech, but through reorganizing in our company I became QA Manager. I am not really new at the HACCP Rules, however I have several questions and I was hoping I could get some answers here. I am very glad I stumbled upon your Forum. It is just what I was looking for.
