Hey guys,

I'm a student studying Health Science at the moment and i was wondering, given your extensive backgrounds in dairy and other such random food related fields...anyone know about the waste products of ice cream?

By this I mean, the amount of waste produced as a biproduct of icecream including milk, packaging etc.

Any info would be great, thanks.

added - the benjerry link in my own post is semi-broken due to redesign of their site however if you search for waste on their site, get 10 links of which one gives similar info to that which i previously extracted/posted, namely -

http://www.benjerry....ceres/page6.cfm

hopefully it won't change again today ! seems to offer a lot of data on their site

Kind Regards,
