Just to be sure Sherwin your dissertation is related to health and safety of workers and public rather than food safety of the public?

Hi Simon,

I think I need to simplify it to Food Safety relative to my work in a Catering Company. We have 3 central kitchens and numerous restaurants. But we are not an ISO Certified, we dont even have a Food Safety Management System.

I know I have to start from zero.

The Suitability of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems for Catering Companies

It may help you develop and implement a system in your own company and you can canvas opinions from other members here.
