I'm fed up with Health and Safety people having the best posters on their noticeboards. Anyone know any good poster resources I can use to liven up my technical board?

You can try aibonline.org. Some of their posters are also in Spanish and French.

Thanks Caz – fantastic work!
Thanks also to MRios also – the AIB posters are great.
I have a couple of posters that are specific to food packaging but perhaps could be useful to foodies with a bit of editing.

There is another poster that goes with it with the answers.
Regards,
Simon

Do we have to submit our "guesses" before we get the answer sheet?

Try Highfield Publications.
They have been publishing training aids for over twenty years. They have a good range of reminder posters for several speciific food safety areas from hand washing to temperature monitoring and horrible habits to HACCP. They are funny and/or straight to the point.
Remember that the same poster on the wall week after week turns into wallpaper and nobody sees it or the message
Get a few and change them over from time to time.

I change them weekly, which is why I'd prefer them to be free!

Dear Zeeshan,
Thks for this fascinating link.
I liked the styling of the posters (not free?) but some of the wording/content looked a bit strange -
eg 82degC to "Sanitise" food (perhaps this is Australian dialect
)
Allergic possibilities - "Fish" in "ham". Sounds more like a crossword clue.
The website also seems to offer some other rather unusual food (apparently) training courses -
Nonetheless, useful info and posters. Thanks again.
