Dear All:
Doeas any one have Audit checklist for catering? I want to carry out an internal audit in all premises of the catering , so I just need sample of checklist which will help me to implement the audit.

Hi Monzer,
If you list down the audit criteris first, then you can make up a checklist based on that. Each checklist may vary depending on the type of food operation.
Tony's sample is a good one and likewise you can post one and then we can add more to it. What do you say??

that's why Tony i just mentioned the audit checklist rather than catering audit checklist. but this is of generic type and can be used according to ones own facility.
