Franco,
Have you read it all
No, I didn't. Actually I'm not into packaging business, I'm into food and there's a lot to read in food business and I unfortunately I don't have a USB 2.0 brain-nose-socket as Simon told you once
It was just an info for Saferpakers, just to let the community know of this document, which has
no legal value but could lead to legal requirements sooner or later.

What a character .......if only we have more members like you and you can be sure Simon would not be kicking you out of the window so soon...........later, maybe! ......... with me thrown in as well when we run out of "things" to post.

Thanks Charles,
I think this Forum gives us the opportunity to share ideas and documents even if we're in different places and different businesses all over the world and I think this is simply fantastic.
This Forum thing is really empowering. Thanks again to Simon and all Saferpakers
I very much appreciate your contributions and I have to tell you that often I have nothing to add to your conclusions or just no answer to your questions

The second amendment to 2004/19/EC is going to have a huge impact. This directive deserves a larger focus / commentary given the wide implications. BRC-IOP consultants will have a party on this one.

By the look of things to come with the establishment of 2004/19/EC (Dec 07), the composition of additives in primary packaging may well be considered similar status and ranking as that of ingredients composition of an end-product characteristic.
System update!
