Good Morning,
I am trying to formalize our customer satisfaction rating. We are currently ISO 22000 certified. Does anyone have a letter which they send out to their customers to get feed back on how they are doing? Much appreciated.
Janice

Hi Janice, I doubt if it's compliant with ISO 22000, but I've attached a Customer Satisfaction Measurement System for ideas.

Regards,
Simon

Don't sell yourself short Simon. I think any ISO auditor would be impressed and happy with what you provided! Posted Image
