Hello there. Found this site when I was looking for some particular information and figured that if it had that kind of data available, might be a handy place to have on hand to get feedback and opinions. Working in a temp-to-hire position with Gerber (now Nestle owned) as a microbiologist. I'm the first semi-trained dedicated microbiologist they've had working here in the plant so I'm trying to get everything up to speed, people trained and such-like. Might be handy to have a wall to bounce ideas off of.
