Pls could you share me your nice suggestion to find active sanitizer for kitchen equipments(knifes,ladles,tablespoon etc... ), because normaly we do the sanitation prosedure by place the equipments in the solution (water + sanitizer tablets ) but I heard that there is a sanitizer (uv system) or some companies using heating treatment but realy I am not sure. SO I want to know from yr catering experience what is the good and right method to do that.
