Hi, everyone. We are having problem on how we could safety thaw slab (25Kg) of beef (The beef is imported and received frozen so we can't portion it to smaller sizes upon receipt). Currently it takes us 8 days to have it fully thawed in the chiller. Is it safe? If not what alternative we could do? Thanks for the help.
