Vinyl or nitrile gloves which is best in food production area

hi
The gloves which iam using now in our kitchen is blue color Vinyl gloves
I heared that nitrile gloves is better than vinyl for food production area.ours is a hotel industry. the thing is both the gloveses are food graded. but i want to know the difference between these two. which is best to use.

IMO;

blue color Vinyl gloves is a corret choice! it is not allerjic like latex & colorfull.


nitrile gloves are for arduous worker and used with strong chemicals. İn addition expensive...

100% agreed with Rosem. We have both gloves in our factory and we only use vinyl gloves in light day-to day job. We use the nitrile gloves for othe job which require our employee to handle chemical or force like scrabbing. As much as we want to use ALL nitrile gloves in our factory cost will eat up our budget.

What is the cost difference to you as Nitrile are usually more durable and therefore one would assume pose less of a food safety risk?
