Hello everyone,

I am trying to write a contract for third party hauliers, and as I have no experience of the haulage business I have no clue what needs to go in it, other than the items stipulated by BRC. Could someone give me sight of a 'generic' haulage contract that I could cannabalise to suit the needs of my Company. Nobody in the logisitics dept wants to do it.... (same old same old)...

Thanks

Probably not exactly what you are looking for, but maybe it could be after some thrashing about.

Thank you for this post
We have just completed the BRC S&D version 2 audit and the this transport contract was a usefull guide.
Has anybody got any similar contract templates on third party repacking contracts? My company occissionally uses a third party approved repacker to break down ingredients into smaller packaging
Thanks
Tim
