I presume you are referring to the safety of food flavourings??

If so, I am not aware of any specific relative ranking lists however chemicals which are approved as safe for use as food flavourings (in some cases at specified concentrations) are listed in various international compilations, eg for EC can try this link -

Frankly, generic models are meant to be what they are "generic" and are basically designed to provide purely as a guide. As all establishments whether in the same industry or not are generally dynamic/diverse in operations/structures - the key to implementing your FSMS is really in the understanding of the HACCP principles and fundamentals. If you do not get this right, you may have a thousand generic models and you will still not end up getting any where. Anyway, generic models are no big deals - you can get them in the Internet for free.
