Hello
I am after some advice on interpretation.
The food labelling regs state that potatoes soid as such must be accompamied by an indication of variety. We are producing a steam in the bag potato- no processing invovlved just fancy packaging. DOes this fall under this requirement?
My initial answer was yes, but the argument could be made that the potatoes are sold with a special cooking requirement- and therefore could be seen as a "processed" form. Any comments or advice appreciated.
Also randomly- if anyone has any links to info regarding field and glass house grown tomatoes I would appreciate it!
Thanks
