Hello,

I am a new member that works for a bread company. I am unfamiliar with external auditing and I was asked to be the lead auditor for my team. I was also asked to develop a vendor assesment questionnaire for box and packaging suppliers. I was wondering if anyone had a sample questionnaire from any accepted source. I would greatly appreciate any advice on this topic.
