Hi ahmet,

I know baklava reasonably well. Are we talking on mass production scale or home-made?

How many flavours? I imagine the flow chart would be the same for each baklava variant.

Check out flow charts that are similar to other pastries.

Generally speaking:

  • Receival of raw materials
  • Storage
  • Prepping
  • Mixing
  • Cooking
  • Cooling
  • Packaging
  • Dispatch

Its a kind of arabic sweet, most popular in Middle-east and Africa region,

Made up of pastry sheets and muhallabia and dry fruits.

Muhallabia is a kind of dessert made with milk, cornstarch with flavor (alternative to custard dessert but white in color)
