I think there is an example of this in the forum somewhere already. It's often included within the "new employee" health question package, i think.

On this if an employee has been off work with sickness and/or diahorrea after how long are they allowed to return to work as a food handler.

Also on a different topic relating to return to work following ‘exotic’ holidays how does that work? What questions should we ask and what do we do with the answers?
