Hi There

I am starting to complete all the risk assessments for our BRC - have the Quality Manual done and this is the last bit before we prepare for our audit. Was wondering whether anyone would have a very simple risk assessment, really dont want to go into too much detail with these.

Or how much detail is required?

I presume you haven't done the HACCP part yet either? :biggrin:
